How My Living Room Became a Divine Launchpad

Great things can begin in the quietest places—and for me, it all started in my living room. After struggling with IBS for five years and praying earnestly for relief, I found myself on my couch, frustrated, exhausted, and seeking God’s guidance. In that stillness, He answered me. A clear, divine download revealed what a truly balanced diet looked like. I grabbed a pen and paper, and the words began to flow.

Within just two days of implementing these God-inspired changes, my IBS symptoms disappeared. It was nothing short of a miracle—and a revelation: true healing comes from balance, and God designed our bodies to absorb nourishment from the foods He created. That moment sparked a journey that has spanned over three decades—writing, teaching, coaching, and helping others walk in divine health.

My Journey & Credentials

I’ve been in the health and wellness industry for over 32 years, guiding countless women to restore their posture, reclaim their energy, and embrace the body and life God designed for them. My journey began at nine years old on my father’s dairy farm in San Antonio, where early mornings and hard work instilled discipline, resilience, and a love for strength. By 19, I had discovered my passion for fitness and nutrition, competing in bodybuilding and Ms. Fitness events, and later gracing the stage in the Mrs. Texas Pageant as a married woman. 

Along the way, God called me to combine my faith with my work. I authored The Divine Strength Diet Plan: God’s Way to Eating and Living a Balanced Life, and A Virtuous Woman Wears a Crown, which features my 14-Day Plate, Posture & Soul Royal Reset. 

I also created transformational programs like the 14-Day Royal Reset and the 40-Day Divine Whole Body Transformation, blending scripture, alignment posture(s), whole body strength training workouts, divinely inspired biblical teachings and revelation, nutrition, and divine accountability.

My Mission

I’m on a mission to help Christian women—and health coaches—experience lasting healing in spirit, body, mind, and body chemistry. I believe that true transformation isn’t just about looking good or losing weight; it’s about walking boldly in the purpose God has for you, with strength, energy, and clarity.
